How does the rebooking reminder work exactly?

When a client completes an appointment, you (or the system) can tag their typical visit frequency — every 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, etc. When that window passes without a new booking, the rebooking reminder fires automatically — a personalized text with their name, a friendly "it's been about X weeks" message, and a direct link to your booking page. It fires once, and if they don't rebook, the win-back sequence kicks in a week later.
What does the post-visit retail upsell message look like?
